Description/Blazon
The tabard, with gold fringe, is divided per pale light blue and yellow, between two stars voided of the field all counterchanged, the shoulder sleeve insignia of the Maneuver Center of Excellence displayed with the MCOE Band Tab all in full color; across the base is a red scroll doubled light blue inscribed with "MANEUVER CENTER OF EXCELLENCE" in yellow letters.
